Michelle Gray is the Chief Business Development Officer of the Heir Search Division.

From her time working on her first business venture in Cleveland, Ohio, she brings 12 years of solid understanding to the Heir Search Industry. She is a trusted partner who has developed the expertise and credentials that are essential to Lauth Investigations International, Inc., and specifically to heirs. She does this through learning and working with probate application, creating, and implementing new processes and procedures for consistency and completeness. Her business savviness has led her to work exclusively with startup companies, development, and operations in a wide range of fields for privately owned companies, and now finds herself with Lauth.

On a personal level, you will always find Michelle helping in any way she can by putting her heart and soul into everything she does in life, and never taking anything for granted. Michelle lives in Florida with her husband Gary, her beautiful daughter Dominique and wonderful son in law Kevin, whom resides in Germany. Michelle wants to let her family know how very proud she is of who they have become and their accomplishments. She loves being on the water, and spending quality time with her family.

Jessica is a claims support specialist for Lauth Investigations. Originally from Connecticut, Jessica studied Business at Southern Connecticut State, and Criminal Justice at Lincoln College of New England. Jessica moved to Colorado in 2018 to be closer to her family. When she isn’t at work, she enjoys being outdoors and cooking food for those close to her, occasionally cooking for the office!

BIOGRAPHY

Sarah is am Claims Analyst for Lauth Investigations International Inc. She is an avid seeker of knowledge in a multitude of areas. She enjoys knowing about and being able to do many things because she loves to learn.  Sarah has taken many classes in different areas throughout her life and have culinary, Botany, herbology, and wine knowledge to add to the many facets of knowledge in her memory banks. She obtained her Associates degree in paralegal studied in early 2018. Sarah was a late bloomer on the degree front but is proud to say she graduated with honors.

Sarah’s goals with Lauth Investigations Inc. are to continue learning and apply her knowledge in any way possible to help the team and the clients lauth serves. She believes the companies return asset division’s goal is to put money back into the hands of their owners and is something to be proud of.  Sarah works diligently knowing her role brings honor and accomplishment to herself and her family.

Sarah is a single mother of 2 young curious and playful little girls. She loves to take them camping and exploring the outdoors whenever possible. They love to do at home science projects as well. When she is not working, Sarah is trying to feed her curiosity and theirs. “The greatest joy in my life is seeing their spark ignite when something interests them”.

Alex is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelors in Archaeology and Biological Anthropology as well as an Associates in Social Science. An aspiring forensic genealogist with more than a decade of genealogical experience, she is passionate about connecting people with their families. Working with the Lost Assets Division at Lauth provides immeasurable meaning to her life's passion. When she isn't digging through the past you can find her digging in the garden or planning the next great adventure with her husband and 3 children.

Caroline Deucher is a Claims Researcher for Lauth Investigations, Return Assets Division.

Dayna Oakes is a Claims Researcher for Lauth Investigations, Return Assets Division.

Emilia Tijomirov is a claims researcher at Lauth Investigations International: Return Assets Division. She is currently enrolled in University, and is pursuing a degree in Psychology. After living abroad in Germany (where she found a passion for assisting children and their families), she's found her way to assisting people here at Lauth Investigations. She's very passionate about assisting others and prides herself on being approachable.

Kathleen Gigante is a recent transplant to California from the Midwest and is thriving in her new environment. She has over 20 years experience in Genealogy with the last 8 years specializing in Genetic Genealogy. She loves guiding people on their life changing journeys, which can be a great asset in recovering assets!

Kenton's professional life is dedicated to empowering others. Here at Lauth Investigations International: Return Assets Division, his mission is to locate and return assets to their rightful owners. Kenton is passionate about the mission and is ready to incorporate tenacity, creativity and honesty into his work habits. When not pursuing returning assets to their rightful owners, Kenton loves making experiences with his lovely wife and their five self-reliant grown children, as well as four grand-children help to keep him young at heart. Golfing, biking, beach combing and traveling are fun too!

Kimberly is a Claims Researcher for Lauth Investigations, Return Assets Division. She has acquired a bachelors degree in liberal studies and has dedicated herself to helping others as a teacher, through customer service, and management. She is results driven and believes success is accomplished with integrity and hard work. When not working however, she can often be on an adventure with her family preferably near the ocean!

Kimberly has over 25 years of experience in cultivating relationships via direct sales and marketing. She has experience in a plethora of industries that include Sales, Travel, Hospitality, Marketing, and Automotive. She has completed college coursework in Communications and operated and consulted with small and large businesses. Kimberly has a passion for problem solving and helping others. Her personal motto is to simply treat others as you would like to be treated.

Lisa Terra is a Claims Researcher for Lauth Investigations, Return Assets Division.

Mary Nichols has 30 years of experience as a Senior Account Manager working in the medical, financial and educational fields. Her diverse industry background is valuable as a researcher, and she has exceptional listening, customer service and problem-solving skills. She is a graduate of Virginia Tech (Go Hokies) with a Bachelors in Resource Management.

She has an interest in genealogy, and is working on a Genealogy Certificate. Her outside interests include spending time with her family in Smithfield, Virgina. Special members of Mary's family include her two grandson's Arthur and Leon and her own furry friends, Moose, Ozzy and Maizy. Long early morning walks in Castle Park are a favorite exercise.

Renee has spent the majority of her years helping others; in the field of education as an elementary teacher and Reading Specialist, Sunday School teacher and Director, and avid volunteer. She loves to research, is solution oriented and strives to make each encounter with people a beneficial one. Joining Lauth Investigations: Return Assets Division has given her the opportunity to continue helping others through assisting them with returning assets that rightfully belong to them. She loves her family, including her husband, three grown children and their families. The latest family addition, Raleigh, a bernedoodle puppy, is adding lots of outdoor adventure and fun for her and her family.

Roberta Wiener is a Claims Researcher for Lauth Investigations, Return Assets Division. She is from Worcester, Massachusetts and received an MBA degree in Finance and Accounting from Clark University. Roberta worked for many years as a Business Systems Analyst for the Insurance and Banking industry. She also worked for an Educational Travel company as Chairperson for the Admissions Committee. While working for the travel company, she had the opportunity to visit 44 countries. Now, in her spare time, Roberta carves bird sculptures and decorative signs and plaques.
